The bathrooms could use a complete overhaul!!! They're cramped and awkward, especially for anyone with mobility concerns. I couldn't believe how thin the walls were. you can hear everything happening in the next room, which disrupted my peace!!!

The room was cozy, but the stairs to the fourth floor were a hassle.

I truly enjoyed my stay at No 9 Springfield, where the staff was exceptionally charming and helpful. I appreciated the great location, just a short stroll to Kings Cross Station, making it easy to explore local cafes and restaurants.

This place was super close to the train, which made getting around a breeze. The staff treated us like friends, chatting us up and helping with bags. The in-house cafe had a killer breakfast, but the tiny shower area was a pain—everything ended up wet. Still a comfy stay overall.

Location was excellent, just a quick walk to Kings Cross Station. The supermarket across the street was a great find for snacks and drinks. The bed in my room was quite comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a plus. However, the rooms are small. My Heritage King Room felt cozy but really tight, especially in the bathroom. I had to maneuver carefully around the toilet, which was cramped against the wall. Noise was an issue at night. I could hear guests moving about in the corridor and upstairs. It disrupted my sleep multiple times. I appreciated the friendly staff upon check-in, but overall, the experience was a bit mixed due to the noise and room size.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Andrea at reception, who allowed early check-in after our long flight. The hotel provided a lovely ambiance, and the proximity to the Botanical Garden and Sydney Opera was a huge plus. I truly appreciated the local cafes nearby, which made mornings delightful.

Dinner at Pizza Boccone and dessert at Rivareno were highlights—a true feast for the senses in the vibrant Kings Cross area! Plus, the Harris Farm across the street had fresh snacks right when I needed them.

While the place's charm shines, I struggled with the bathroom compactness and a bit of noise from nearby rooms.

The boutique vibe was super charming, and I loved the comfy beds. The nearby cafes and shops made it a perfect stay.

The bed was possibly the most comforatable hotel bed I’ve slept in. The bathroom was tight.

The location is unbeatable with excellent cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff is welcoming and willing to assist. However, the bathroom is on the smaller side, which might be a challenge for taller guests. The cozy, clean rooms are a major plus.
